5.2. Exact deliverables are confirmed with each client before work begins.




6. Payment Terms


6.1. Most projects are billed at a flat rate. Larger or ongoing SEO initiatives may be billed hourly.


6.2. No deposit is required unless specifically stated in writing.


6.3. Payments are due as outlined on the invoice or checkout page. Work may be paused if payment is late.




7. Refund Policy


7.1. Refunds may be requested within 2 weeks of purchase.


7.2. Full refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun, as time and resources may already have been used.


7.3. Partial refunds may be considered depending on the work completed up to the date of the request.


7.4. Refunds are not provided for completed work or delivered service periods.




8. Ongoing Services and Cancellation


8.1. Website maintenance, SEO services, and advertising management operate as ongoing monthly or scheduled services.


8.2. Clients must provide 30 days written notice to cancel ongoing services.


8.3. Work completed or services delivered during the 30-day notice period remain payable and are not refundable.


8.4. Northern Falcon may also terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice.




9. Client Responsibilities


9.1. Clients must provide timely access, approvals, content, and information required to complete projects.


9.2. Delays in communication or access may extend project timelines.


9.3. Northern Falcon is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third-party providers.




10. Revisions and Scope Changes


10.1. Revision cycles vary depending on the project.


10.2. Major changes or expanded requests may require additional fees. Any scope changes will be discussed before work continues.




11. Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services


11.1. Hosting may be provided by Northern Falcon or by the client depending on the agreement.


11.2. Clients are responsible for their own domain registrations and any third-party tools, subscriptions, or accounts unless otherwise specified.


11.3. Northern Falcon is not liable for outages, downtime, errors, or failures caused by external hosting providers or third-party services including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, Stripe, Mailgun, domain registrars, or software platforms.




12. User Content


12.1. You may submit comments, feedback, or content to our website or communication channels.


12.2. By doing so, you grant Northern Falcon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display or distribute this content as needed for business purposes.


12.3. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.




13. Prohibited Activities


13.1. You may not use our website for illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities.


13.2. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or client accounts.




14. Intellectual Property


14.1. All website content, design, logos, graphics, and materials created by Northern Falcon remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.


14.2. Clients own the final deliverables once full payment is received. Northern Falcon retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, templates, and non proprietary systems used in production.


14.3. Third-party licensing for fonts, images, or software is governed by each provider’s terms.




15. Performance Disclaimer


15.1. Digital marketing results depend on many external factors including competition, industry trends, and user behaviour.


15.2. Northern Falcon does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, engagement, sales, or revenue outcomes.




16. Limitation of Liability


16.1. Northern Falcon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational loss.


16.2. All services are provided “as is,” based on best practices at the time of delivery.




17. Termination


17.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.


17.2. Outstanding payments remain due after termination.




18. Changes to Terms
